So what is the deal Enterprise? You tried to screw me coming and going. I asked for a manager and she finally took this phantom charge off my bill. 3 days of taxes at $48 is $16/day, and she could not tell my why the taxes would be $140 for 1 extra day. I showed her my original reservation which showed $86/day and a total of $48 for 3 days of taxes. This time, the agent was trying to tell me that taxes for 1 extra day was over $100. When I dropped the car off, it was over a $200 difference again. I called Enterprise and it was confirmed that there was nothing in my reservation that had ever indicated drop off at a different location, and I was advised to call on a Monday to get it resolved. The agent could not figure out why, and then suggested that it was because my drop off location was different, which it was not, Pick up and drop off were at SLC airport. At pickup, I was charged $206 more than what my reservation was for. I will never use Enterprise again and am already advising my friends and family of the terrible experience I had. Cons: Staff was awful, both at pick up and drop off.
